Three Locations to Serve You
St. Johns
The St. Johns location opened in 2005 as the first K-13 Physical Therapy clinic. With over 4,000 sqft, it includes five private treatment rooms and two separate gym areas.
Laingsburg
The Laingsburg location opened in 2012 as the second K-13 Physical Therapy clinic. Located in the heart of Laingsburg on Grand River, it is comprised of two private treatment rooms and a spacious gym area.
Portland
The most recent K-13 Physical Therapy office to open is located in the Frewen Building on Grand River in Portland, opening in June of 2016. The Portland clinic is complete with three private treatment rooms and a large gym area.
